Laura Fergusson offers a Quality Circle program that includes the residents in decision making with regard to various aspects of life at the community.
There are meetings held to discuss Quality, Quantity and whether the current operation is meeting the needs of the individuals. We believe in including the consumer in the provision of service they receive.
